Registration and Contract Conclusion
Spaces will be allocated in order of registration. Registration via: info@kesari.de or through an online form. A contract is only formed upon our confirmation of your registration or confirmed payment receipt. By registering or transferring the participation fees, the participant agrees to the general terms and conditions.
Services
The contractually agreed services can be found in the description of services for each seminar/event.
Payment Terms
The prices for events include the respective legal value-added tax. Travel expenses as well as meals and accommodation are not included in the fee, unless expressly listed in the event description.
The participation fees must be paid before the seminar begins.
The event fee is to be transferred to the following bank account, with the name of the respective seminar and event date:

Your complete address must be provided in the online form or via email/registration form for the creation of an invoice.
Accommodation Reservation
Each participant is responsible for booking their own accommodation. Please note that rooms near the event location may be limited in number; early booking is recommended. Links for accommodation reservations are available on the website www.kesari.de.
Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal
Cancellations by the participant up to 6 weeks before the event will be refunded 50% of the costs. In case of later withdrawal or non-appearance at the course, the full participation fee will be retained unless a replacement participant is provided. Cancellation requires written form and confirmation by the organizer. If a participant does not appear at the event or leaves early, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
Cancellations or naming of a replacement participant should be sent in writing (email) to the following email address: info@kesari.de. Telephone cancellations are not valid for evidence purposes.
Exclusion
We reserve the right to reject an event booking without giving reasons. The participant can be excluded by the course leader Sandra Reber for disruptive behavior, misuse of the event to recruit individuals, or attempting to sell external products, after a warning, for the individual event or the entire event (seminar/training/workshop).
No claim for reimbursement arises in this case. The seminar fees will be retained as compensation for lost remuneration. Sandra Reber reserves the right to charge additional processing fees for gross violations.
Event Cancellation
An event (seminar/training/workshop) may be canceled due to force majeure, the absence of the seminar leader (e.g., due to illness), or other unavoidable circumstances. The same applies if the minimum number of participants, six registrations, is not reached one week before the start of the event. The customer will be informed in a timely manner about the cancellation and will promptly receive the already paid seminar price. Further claims and liability are excluded.
Liability
No liability is assumed for damages caused by force majeure (e.g., power outages, natural events, or traffic disruptions), network and server errors, line and transmission disruptions, viruses, or disruptions in postal services. Liability is excluded if the success of a proposed measure falls short of the customer's expectations. We assume no liability for the correctness and completeness of the content of the seminar and seminar materials, as well as the achievement of the participant's desired goal. The liability limitation applies particularly to claims arising from possible damages caused directly or indirectly by the application of the content and the associated advice and their interpretation. It is expressly pointed out that the offered events are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatments. Furthermore, our liability is limited to intent, gross negligence, and the violation of essential contractual obligations, where it must be typical foreseeable damages for an event. Sandra Reber's activity is a pure service activity. Therefore, success is not owed. No liability is assumed for cloakroom or other lost items or theft during an event.
Reservation of Changes
We are entitled to make necessary substantive, methodological, and organizational changes or deviations (e.g., due to legal changes) before or during the event, as long as these changes do not significantly alter the announced benefit of the event for you.
Participant's Obligations to Inform
Participation in the seminars and meditation courses serves personal self-experience and is open to individuals who can take responsibility for themselves. Meditation techniques can lead to deep self-experiences and revealing processes within the psyche. Therefore, individuals with mental illnesses or those in a psychological crisis should seek expert medical or psychotherapeutic advice before participating in the course or meditation, whether medical or psychological reasons speak against participating in meditations or a seminar. Health-related or psychological disorders or limitations must be communicated to Sandra Reber. In the event of emotional destabilization during the seminar, the participant is obligated to inform the event management and, if necessary, seek external psychotherapeutic or medical help or discontinue participation. Participation is explicitly discouraged for individuals with depression.
This serves to indicate that Sandra Reber's service cannot replace psychological or psychotherapeutic consultation or therapy, and that the counseling is not a medical or other therapeutic measure under German law. The participant/customer is responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside the place of service.
Copyrights, Audio and Video Recordings
The event materials and presentations within the events are protected by copyright. Any video and audio recordings, reproduction of event materials and audio recordings, as well as their transfer to third parties or other use, is only permitted with our prior written consent.
During events, photo, video, and audio recordings are sometimes made by our employees or by an authorized person. By participating in the event, you grant permission for private and commercial use of these recordings. However, you have the right to object to this permission in advance. In this case, you must expect to be excluded from the event. Subsequent objections are not possible. In case of doubt, we ask you to contact us in advance to find out if and to what extent recordings are planned.
Data Protection and Data Storage, Applicable Law
Note according to § 33 BDSG: The storage and processing of your customer data by us and by neutrally commissioned service providers takes place in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between the parties.
If the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, our place of business is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract.
Confidentiality
During the course of the seminar, personal and professional circumstances of the participants may be discussed, which may be confidential under certain circumstances. We are not subject to legal confidentiality, but voluntarily undertake to maintain confidentiality about all incidents as well as private and personal statements made at our events, unless agreed otherwise. You also voluntarily undertake to keep silent about all private statements and personal details of other participants.
Cancellation of Treatment Appointments
Agreed appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation on the same day, the full hourly rate will be charged.
Remarks
While meridian treatments, according to the opinion of scientists, holistic doctors, alternative health practitioners, and psychotherapists, can contribute to the relief of health complaints or diseases as a supplement or support to medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, their therapeutic efficacy has not been proven by well-established scientific evidence and is not suitable for diagnostic purposes according to conventional medicine.
Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are ineffective, the validity of the remaining regulations is not affected. Instead of the ineffective provision, a regulation should come into effect that, within the legally permissible framework, comes closest to the will and interest of both parties. The same applies in the case of gaps in these terms and conditions. Agreements that go beyond or deviate from these terms and conditions are only valid after written agreement by both parties.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all legal matters is Fürstenfeldbruck.
Changes or additions to these conditions can regularly be made by Sandra Reber or a representative appointed by her.
