Since 2004, I have been involved in Aaravindha Himadra's teacher training, and since 2011, I have been teaching as a Sambodha teacher. I have already conducted many meditation courses for beginners in various formats: in small family settings, in rented seminar houses, at fairs or large events, and organized by different hosts.
I would like to share my experiences and insights with you, which I have gathered with hundreds of students in different course formats. I am happy to show you how to take your first steps, what to pay attention to, what can sometimes be challenging, and how you can find your own easy and carefree way.

Starting from the third Intensive, you are eligible to teach various Solar Meditations. Therefore, this course is for (aspiring) Dharmakaryas and Paramahamsas.
