This course could have many titles:
"The Solar Basic Knowledge" or "Liberation from Stress and Emotions" or "Integration of Meditation Principles in Everyday Life."
In meditation, it's not just about the time we spend in silence with closed eyes. It's about how we engage with the world, our loved ones, and our challenges—with our eyes wide open. Meditation and its application to life go hand in hand and are completely inseparable.
In this course series, you will learn in a simple, understandable, and enjoyable way how to apply the complex Solar knowledge to your daily life. It's a path that leads us to lightness, to inner freedom. A path that teaches us how to discover our own inner compass, guiding us lovingly through life. We learn to strengthen and utilize our intuition magnificently, to detect and release all the unnecessary pressures we carry within us. Forever. We learn to listen inwardly and approach our personal challenges in an entirely new way. Thus, we can use everyday problems to become increasingly liberated and fulfilled. New doors open for us, and we enter into greater abundance and flow!
This course will be very lifelike and authentic. As we meet over 3 weekends, the group has the opportunity to grow together, learn from each other, and support one another. A very familiar setting is created. You will see.
Between the courses, you can apply what you've learned to your life. Whether we want it or not, life provides us with enough opportunities to practice and grow.
Since the course spans over 3 long weekends with reasonably spaced intervals, you have the opportunity to maintain the energy and integrate the knowledge. It will give you an enormous boost.

Course Content:
• How to strengthen our intuition.
• How to distinguish true intuition from "desire".
• How to free ourselves from inner pressure.
• How to use emotions like anger, irritability, powerlessness, etc. to become freer.
• How to make our relationships with others more loving.
• How to make our relationship with ourselves more loving.
• How to deepen our meditation practice.
• And so much more…
During our breaks, we will be treated to delicious Ayurvedic vegan meals.
